Lots of interesting points here, and I wonder if the lack of companies going public will have any effect on things. Presumably those companies will still need capital to grow, so they will either get it through revenue or from other funding mechanisms. Does that begin to erode the influence that the stock market has?
With the new rules around crowd funding added to the mix, does this take some of the power away from Wall Street? I’m not sure, but it will be interesting to watch.
